Refund & Cancellation
We are grateful and appreciate your purchase with us on our Website www.Meeracorp.com. Please read our policy and its terms and conditions carefully which will give you an overview of your rights and obligations as our customer, with respect to any purchase or service we provide to you.
We make every effort to provide the service and guarantee your satisfaction with our support system to you as per the specifications mentioned against each service or product purchased from Meeracorp.
However if, due to any reason (except any Act of God e.g. flood, earthquake, fire etc. or riots, any incident beyond our reasonable control) we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject on the following situations:
The Refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from Registrtionwala.
In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because he does not want the service anymore, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect in the service of Meeracorp.
Refund requests shall not be entertained after the work has been shared with you in the event of change of mind. However, we shall give you the option of using the amount paid for by you, for an alternative service in Meeracorp amounting to the same value and the said amount could be applied in part or whole towards the said new service; and
If the request for a refund has been raised 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of a service or product has been completed and the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed, then, such refund request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.
If the request for the refund has been approved by Meeracorp, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
Cancellation of order shall not be possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be initiated except in the case of cancellation or non-performance of service by Meeracorp.
However, situations may arise when refund is desired by you. Such situations may be like when you have paid for the services but later on decided not to avail them as you have changed your mind. Secondly, when there is a delay on our part in providing the services to you on time for which Meeracorp is solely responsible. The other situation may arise when you found our services unsatisfactory. In all the mentioned situations, kindly send us an e-mail in regard to your complaint and a Ticket number will be generated in your name, and your complaint will be looked into deeply. We would like to clarify that only refunds of the professional fees component of the charges paid by you shall be considered for a refund. Please note that the full refund will be made in the cases where delay or clients’ dissatisfaction is made out after scrutiny and professional fee will be charged as applicable where there is a change of mind.
Upon receiving your complaint, the Management at Meeracorp will peruse the matter and shall decide on whether your request for a refund should be processed or not. The decision of the Management will be final in case of any complaint raised by you.
Moreover, we would like to clarify that in case of Force Majeure, or any other reasons which are beyond our reasonable control such as Flood, fire, earthquake, riots, Power/internet interruption, technical glitch, hacking, Act of God etc., Meeracorp shall not be liable for any refunds.
Subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein, your refund request will be processed within 72 working hours in your Bank Account.
